If you have booked a stay at Villa Fontane during the month of April, cancel your booking with no charges: if you have already paid a deposit, it will be refunded, either by us or by the OTA (Booking.com, AirBnB, Abritel, etc)
The French government has ruled that tourist industry companies are to convert deposits paid on holidays into vouchers valid for 18 months. This measure applies to all reservations between 1st March and 15th September 2020.
Consequently, if you are booked for a stay from 1st May, we request that you postpone your holiday in Villa Fontane for a later date. Your deposit will be converted into a voucher, valid until end 2021. If you do not stay at Villa Fontane during the next 18 months, your deposit will be returned, in accordance with current regulations.
